Outer Moorings is well positioned within 300 metres or 5 minutes walk from the beach, on Rice Lane, to the south (less hilly) side of the village. This 1960s bungalow has been entirely refurbished and updated for the 2019 season. It is superbly set up for a family holiday or for couples looking for well set up holiday let in a quiet location. The front door opens into a spacious hallway leading to the living room, master bedroom, kitchen and bathroom.
The living room, hallway and both bedrooms benefit from beautiful dark oak flooring. There is underfloor heating throughout the house, so the floor is lovely and warm when the weather turns a little colder. The living room further benefits from a stylish wood burning stove that is a lovely addition to bring a homely glow to the house. There is a plentiful supply of logs for the stove, stored on the garage.
The master bedroom has a king sized double bed, two bedside tables, a wardrobe unit and a chest of drawers.
The second bedroom is accessed through a door from the living room. This is a small room with two single beds and a chest of drawers.
