Beachcliff is a traditional, bungalow dating from the 1920's on the cliff above Little Perhaver beach. It sits in possibly one of the most desirable positions in the village of Gorran Haven. It is perched in its own large grassy garden overlooking the sea.

From Cliff Road you enter the grassy garden through a 5-barred gate and there is ample parking here in front of the garage. Indeed, it is quite unusual to find such a perfectly located property in the village which comes with its own parking. The bungalow is a striking white and blue and is typical example of the architecture of the 1920’s - it is really very eye-catching. The garden is all laid to grass - a massive area for children to play and run about enclosed by hedges. The house and garden are south east facing so it enjoys the sun all day long.
The house has remained a family holiday home for several generations and is lovingly maintained and decorated. The front door is just off the road side of the house and one enters into an inner hallway with a separate WC and basin just off - a useful addition.
The kitchen is spacious and well kitted out. It has an oven, hob, microwave, washing machine, fridge with freezer compartment and a dining table for 6 in the centre. It also has the added comfort of a wood-burning stove for those cosy evenings by the fire whilst the waves lash the cliff below.

The dining table is positioned under the sash windows for gazing out whilst dining... The room has a homely feel to it, with comfy sofas, old bookcases and a small TV. The bungalow is particularly suitable for those with mobility problems as it has parking and is all on one level.
The original sash windows have new double glazed panes and have draft proofing and there is night storage heating with additional electric heaters if required. It is a comfortable and atmospheric house in wild weather with such proximity to the sea.
Beachcliff is ideally positioned for long family days on Gorran Haven's two sandy and sheltered beaches. It is probably a 1 minute jog down the hill to the beach and a 2 minute steep pull back up. For walkers, it is perfectly positioned for the South West coastal path
