The main entrance to Wren's Nest isa wooden sliding door opening to the net loft, a spacious area for coming in off the sands, with all beach toys and accessories available. The fridge, freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer complete this as a true utility room. This opensinto the kitchen/dining room with an original beamed ceiling, eight-seater dining table and which is well stocked with crockery and a dish-washer.
Downstairs, overlooking the courtyard, is bedroom three, with twin beds and en suite shower room with basin and WC.
The courtyard is a convenient outdoor dining area with large table and chairs, barbeque and sail-cloth awning. There are openings into the net loft and downstairs landing and to the garden beyond up some steps.
Upstairs there are two sitting rooms - one at the front with a large library and dual aspect sash windows that overlook the garden and courtyard, and the other, at the rear, with sofas, open fireplace, large flatscreen TV and DVD player. This opens out into a separate glass-fronted sunroom with seating overlooking the upper garden.
The master bedroom with king-size bed is comfortable, bright and airy, with dual aspect sash windows and exposed floorboards.
Bedroom two has large, three-foot twin bunkbeds, overlooks the courtyard, and has a built-in cupboard for storage.
The main bathroom is nautically themed with bath, pedestal basin and WC.
The large, lawned garden slopes behind the house with magnificent views across the village to a wooded hillside, and benefits from not being overlooked. There is also a level seating/dining area under the apple tree.
