Entrance through a glazed front door into a good sized hallway with stairs. Telephone.

There is a large bright and open sittingroom with log burner and large glazed doors opening onto a good sized deck. Two sofa, flat screen tv, dvd player. Sand coloured fitted carpet.

The deck acts as a continuation of the living space when the french doors are open and is nicely positioned to look straight out to sea. Steps lead down to an enclosed lawned garden.

The living space continues into a dining area with polished wooden dining table and laminate flooring. Beyond this there is a newly installed modern kitchen with integrated fridge freezer, ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave and all items required for comfortable cooking and dining. Windows on two sides look onto the front garden and the side entrance of the house.

The Ground floor twin bedroom has a pair of 3 foot divan beds and large window overlooking the front of the house. Fitted carpet and plain curtains, plus discreet blind.

The family bathroom has generous sized glazed shower enclosure with good electric shower, there is a pedestal sink, WC and frosted window to the rear garden. Vinyl flooring.

The hall and stairs have a continuation of the sand coloured fitted carpet.

At the top of the stairs to the right is the

Second twin bedroom with pine framed 3 foot single beds, a range of fitted wardrobes and a large window with a good sea view and also overlooking the rear garden.

The main bedroom has a zip twin divan beds and can therefore be a kingsize bed or twins according to your requirement. There is a range of fitted wardrobes and a dressing table area. A large window has a good sea view and also overlooks the garden and valley beyond.

The en suite shower room with wc has another generously sized glazed shower enclosure and good electric shower; a pedestal sink, WC and good sized velux roof window. Vinyl flooring.

OUTSIDE:

At the front of the house there is an off road parking area for two cars and a pleasant small garden with shrubs.

The garage is used as a utility room and contains washing machine, tumble dryer and freezer.

The rear garden is reached by a pathway along the side of the house and through a gate. Surrounded by a fuscia hedge and fencing the garden is enclosed and is relatively private and not much overlooked. It is south facing with a sunny asect and has great view of the sea. This is a great place to relax and for children to play (parents could stay on deck above..).

Linen and towels are provided, electricity is included.

The heating is provided by modern electric radiators. Windows are double glazed and the house is well insulated. With the log burner this house works well for winter and summer stays.

Area

Teverrion is midway along Perhaver Park on the south side of Gorran Haven, above the older cottages that are at the bottom of the valley next to the beach. The housesand the visible parts of their gardens have a well established air. Some have anl array of exotics that thrive in Cornwall - palms and flowering shrubs.

Getting to the beach is about 10 minute walk. Or a very short drive and park in the village car park, but that would hardly be worth it. If the family tire of the beach, this house has a good garden to relax in. Outside the Summer period it is still a nice bright place to stay with the pleasant views.
